Codivarius, based in Ciudad de México, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, project type, estimated budget and the message you write. If you arrive from an ad, we also record the campaign identifier so we know which ad generated your enquiry.

What we use it for

Only to answer your request, prepare a scope and price proposal, and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure site traffic and campaign effectiveness. These tools set cookies. You can refuse them in your browser settings and the site keeps working. In the EU and UK, advertising and analytics cookies stay off until consent is granted.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data while a commercial conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, cancellation or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 20 business days.
