Privacy notice

Last updated: 27 July 2026

Codivarius is responsible for processing the personal data you share with us through this site. Below is what we collect, what we use it for and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, project type, estimated budget and your message. If you arrive from an ad, we also record the campaign identifier so we know which ad generated your enquiry. Nothing else is collected.

What we use it for

Only to answer your request, prepare a scope and price proposal, and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Who else processes it

Form submissions travel through Web3Forms, a service based in the United States that receives the message and delivers it to us by email. It acts solely as a relay, on our instruction, and does not use your data for its own purposes. Nobody else is involved: the conversation that follows happens between your inbox and ours.

This site does not use cookies

We set no cookies and do not track you across sites, so there is nothing to accept or reject when you arrive. Your browser stores two things locally so the page works: the currency you pick and, if you came from an ad, that campaign identifier for the session. None of it leaves your browser until you submit the form, and you can erase it by clearing the site data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data while a commercial conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to our using it, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 20 business days and you do not need to give a reason.
